Relaunching the ABB Value Provider Program
ABB knows that strong business relationships are the secret sauce to success. That’s why they tapped into the strategic backbone as well as the creative heart of the Good Company ?, to polish the edges of their revamped ABB Value Provider Program intro a shining gem.
The goal? To ignite excitement, foster collaboration, and create a program would equip ABB’s business partners to become more knowledgeable, confident, and prepared to take the markets by storm.
Insight
While the previous version of the ABB Value Provider Program was reserved only for their top performing partners, the new program was designed to bring on board businesses with different levels of expertise and history with ABB.
So, we realized that translating such a complex ecosystem into one strong trigger goes beyond showcasing benefits, defining growth opportunity, or communicating the complex synergy between ABB and their partners. What we needed to do was design a creative concept that would equally speak to long standing partners, as well as newcomers.

The GOOD Solution
Our goal was to encompass all the program benefits in one master idea, in sync with our client’s vision, but powerful enough to stand out from their otherwise multilayered, complex business communications.
Moreover, the concept had to be scaled on a full communication kit designed to convince current, as well as prospective partners, to apply to the new program.
So we tuned up our engine and started off with one expressive and impressive concept, that we furthermore developed into a three-staged launch plan for the new program:
• step 1- internal communication for the thousands of ABB employees involved in the program,
• step 2 – direct marketing tactics for existing partners whom we wanted to onboard in the program,
• step 3 – mass launch for prospective partners via social media and ABB’s owned digital platforms.

The greatest challenge of the project, however, was not that of delivering creative magic. It was working together with our client to set up the whole Program into a powerful marketing tool – questioning, analyzing, asking the difficult questions, putting layer after layer of information back to back, to create a comprehensive program manual that would provide all needed support for partners to navigate through a complex ecosystem of benefits, platforms and tools at their disposal.
To further enhance the program’s visibility, we proudly designed an informative brochure that served as a comprehensive guide for prospective partners. The brochure highlights the program’s key features, benefits, and provides a tangible resource for interested parties to gain a deeper understanding of the program’s value proposition.
