This time, a long-lasting memory of the event we organized, celebrating the launch of the newest MINI Countryman, right in the Auto Cobălcescu showroom.

Brief

Our mission was to reconnect in a live event with the MINIacs from Auto Cobălcescu: MINI customers, former collaborators (influencers, artists, journalists and automotive afficionados), all to the occasion of meeting the third edition of MINI Countryman, launched in November 2023.

Insight

How better get to know the newest member of the MINI family than live? We aimed to gather up all our resources to make sure the people of MINI Auto Cobălcescu are up to date with the newest technology and drive for funk.

The GOOD Solution

The theme was „A bigger dose of MINI”, as the newest Countryman is the largest and most spacious automobile from the MINI family. So, we built up our event around this claim, applying our event management and social media skills to see the good work come to life.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

We offered a 360 view of the MINI brand – literally and figuratively. From the 360-photo booth to some of the most iconic MINIs (old and new) propped throughout the first floor of MINI Auto Cobălcescu’s showroom, our guests interacted with some of the most epic sides of MINI.
First, a whole view of the new MINI Countryman was briefly presented by Alexandru Seremet – Corporate Communication Manager @BMW Group and Marian Andrei – journalist and event moderator.

Our guests had the chance to discover all the new MINI’s perks and secrets.

The tour continued with the three MINI GP Collectibles (limited editions from 2006,2013, and 2020).

Next, the MINI 1001 Innocenti took center stage on the terrace, where people had the chance to feel the 1970s’ vibes.

That’s not all, with the support of our client LG, we brought a touchscreen LCD where our visitors tested their knowledge in the MINI history field, answering 5 questions and proving their MINI #BigLove.

To this occasion, we promised more such gatherings to come by launching the exclusive MINI Club – a place for the people of MINI Auto Cobălcescu, where we honor their trust and love for the brand.

As a final moment, we marked the International Women’s Day (8th of March) with a custom made scented candle as a “MINI dose of relaxation”.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Although this was an exclusive event, we briefly shared some of our experience for that night. More than 40 Instagram stories were shared that evening and at least double in person 😊 .

The follow-up posts brought over 25K reach and reactions on MINI Auto Cobălcescu’s social media pages and many more from our guests.
